Apps Daily Mobile Insurance Complaints & Reviews

In september'2016, i got a samsung S7 edge phone and got insurance from apps daily by paying Rs 2500/-.Its screen got damaged, and i sent it on march 1st and i sent them another deductible amount( another Rs3400/-) they sent me the kit and i'd forwarded them the phone... they send me CIN ADN_C_100217_[protected]. on 4/3/17... that it has been received. there was no information till 1 month.After 35 days i got a call, that the part is not available...

I have bought a mobile HTC model number X9 from Dharmendra Electropnics Jabalpur against bill no-15319 dt 05.08.16 for ruppes 25000/.

I have taken an Insurance policy against this mobile from apps daily Insurance company on dt 05.08.16 product serial no-7435344 and accordingly i have paid rs 2499/ as insurance premium along with mobile.
But unfortunately my mobile got damage on dt 12.10.16 and i have intimated the insurance...

I want to tell you that... I purchased handset samsung note3... I buyed insurance from apps daily
My phone got damaged but im not getting any info about my phone they just taken my phone from me in feberary 2015 till today i am not getting my phon or money or any compensation...
Please help me in that

I have submitted all the documents, my mobile set and all accessories for claim settlement on 23 feb 2016 and today its 7 june 2016, i m still waiting for the claim settlement process from apps daily mobile insurance company.
Till date almost 30 mails sent to apps daily support team but no solution yet.
Just getting system replied mail that the claim is in process and with new india insurance company, bangalore.
