Apps Daily — Non availability of apps daily for registration of claims | |||||
I purchased microsoft Lumia 640 XL in2015 november. Apart from that I was asked by the Apps Daily executive to purchase an insurance worth 1299 for the same. I was explained that I just have to call the customer care no and register my claim if there is any loss, theft or damage to my phone. I purchased it from Spice Hotspot shop no 3 and 4, Propertyno C1 A, MSC main vikas marg, Aruna park laxmi nagar. I damaged my mobile by falling and it broke. When I tried to register complain there was no one to hear it. The customer care no was not available as I tried the whole day. PLease resolve my issue as I have already paid Rs 1299 for the insurance and still there is no one to hear my complaint. Also the shop from wher I purcased the mobile has already been shut.
