Total Damage Claim.

I have submitted my all documents to the insurance company within time limits, they received all the documents on 12/12/015.

Then, after assuring me that my all documents have been verified, they update me after one month on 13/01/016 that there is a shortfall in my documents.

However, I again resend my documents to them by courier on 15/01/016, have received the documents on 19/01/16

Untill, now there is no update coming from the insurance company.
