Screen got cracked on 17th nov night as the phone slipped from my hand and fell on floor. Claim was raised very next day and all documents including the invoice and device damage photos were submitted online on 20th nov. The next day, the website showed the status as: claim under process
I continued to wait for their response but never heard back. I have tried calling the customer service line numerous times but i keep getting "sorry try again later" message for existing claim inquiry. They have no "waiting" mechanism on call line.
And i found out on 4th dec that the online status is no longer available. And it shows as invalid cin. This does not make any sense as to why would the claim id suddenly become invalid. I have attached a screenshot showing confirmation of claim documents submission and id.
