Apps You Need — Apps you need has taken my brand new iPhone 7 and not returning it | |||||
Apps you need picked up my brand new iphone7 on 2nd february 2017. Imei no. Sd[protected]. On its website its showing that they will return the phone on 17th feb 2017. But 3 months have passed and there is no response from their side regarding the return of the phone. They don't even have a customer care number where we can call and check the status of the phone. You can only email complaint to them to which they have not responded since 3 months. The only response that comes is it's under repair. I am receiving so many messages stating apps you need is a fraud firm which collects the phones and does not return them. I am very worried. I would rather not give them any rating because rating is for knowing if a company is good or bad wherein appsyouneed are FRAUDS who are cheating people by taking their expensive phones in the name of insurance and not returning it. My brand new IPhone7 has been with them since February 2017 and there has not been a word from them for returning it. I called up Apple customer care and as per them phone should have been repaired or replaced within 15 days.

I have already given the documents to the appsyouneed guy the phone to be sent for repairing to rhier gurgaon office
But still in the system it is showing in the system rhat the mobile is still needed to be pickuo from client, but i have already given it to tou guy and I have receipt also for it
