MY CIN :-D[protected] on 8th October my claim was approved, on 13th October my handset was picked up and on 13th November my handset has been declared as total lose and I got message that my handset's invoice and box will be picked with in 72 hrs, today 2 weeks past no one came to pick the box and invoice of my handset. I tired there helpline numbers complaint box on website but i'm not getting any proper responds from anyone. I'm really getting annoyed by there service please see to it.
