My claim status is not there in the service centre. There is aprox 2 month has crossed but there is no status of my phone.
I had contact to the customer care but the customer care representative told that your phone is in service centre and when your phone will repaired it will be dilevered to you. But it has not dilevered to me till now it has been crossed 2 month.
So please take action againts my request.

Updated by Amanr4147 I submit my Asus zenfone go 5.0LTE on 1st May...and it is about 2 month gone but i still not recieved my phone. And there is no responce from the the company. The customer care representative are not giving me the proper status of my phone.they are telling that when will be repaired it will be dillevered to your adress but when..???????
When i will get my phone back..my CIN NO. is DAPR27662. Please resolve my problem otherwise i will go to legal..

We apologize for inconvenience caused to you. Your handset is at service center, It's taking time because your handset was repaired once by service center but it fails in QC test, So it sent again to service center for proper repairing and you will be apprise if any new update comes in.
