I have been chasing and since 21 st dec-2016. Final everything was confirm you and cheque was supposed to be received by the by 10th may-2017 but till date neither cheue was sent not informed anything to undersigned. Please let me know the status or return my device with all accessories. Every time messages like "your device is total loss and your cheue will be processed shortly.
