I have claim insurance money for my lost phone 4 months prior. I have submitted all the required documents to the company and the claim was approved within 15 days but still I am waiting for the claim money. Firstly they were saying that the amount will be credited within 60 to 90 days but now more than 120 days have passed but still not recieved any response from them.
Have written many mails to them but they have stop responding the mail.

ARE YOU PEOPLE REALLY HAVE ANY COMPANY OR EVERYTHING IS FAKE .YOU PEOPLE HAVE ASKED ME MY DETAILS WITH CIN NO ON 24TH DEC ONE WEEK HAVE BEEN PASSED ARE YOU STILL SEARCHING OR BUSY IN CHEATING OTHER PEOPLE WITH YOUR FAKE COMPANY.
YOURS SO CALLED APP IS ALSO NOT RESPONDING.YOUR CALL CENTRE TEAM HAS READY MADE ANSWER THAT SIR WE DON'T KNOW ANYTHING PLEASE WRITE MAIL WHICH WE WILL NEVER REPLY.
