I use a Samsung S7 when purchased i was give an option to purchase an insurance from AppsYouNeed I paid 3500 for the same last year. In June 2017 while travelling on the train my phone glass cover cracked, it was within warranty so i got in touch with AppsYouNeed. The approval process took a while with documents uploaded multiple times. Finally my device was approved for repairs on 11th June. During the claim process their support was prompt with replies to every email and immediate call support. Now its been over a month and i am still waiting for them to reply to my emails and calls. The current status show device was sent for repairs on 24th of June. After that i have not received any updates, number of calls made to support but no answer. I am unable to get in touch with support for the past 2 days, no replies to email and no phone contact. I have no idea when i am going to get my mobile back! Was this information helpful? | |||
