Apps You Need — claim payment not received | |||
I have submitted complaint for my handset damage in 22/10/2016. After some days a ecom courier guy come and collect my handset, charger and all documents. After some days apps you need guys told me that my handset got total 100% damage... So they will refund my money... After that they are demanding handset box and accessories... I told him that i have already handed over all thing to courier guy.. Then executive told me that you will receive amount on 1st week of april. After that i am waiting and waiting... Calling and calling... At consumer complain number executives are behaving very rough... Now today is 22/7/2017... Approx 270 days gone but still i am waiting... I am submitting receiving of courier copy and screenshot of my claim process... Just want to know will you release my claim amount or not... Otherwise i will go to consumer forum for justice.
