My mobile phone has been theft by unknown person and same has been confirmed to same day to team and further pickup of all documents and mobile handset related accessories on 20th august 2017 and confirmed by team the claim person visit my office and same has been approved by him. He was confirmed that the company will send the cheque in 7 working days. After that i have not received any update from them neither any email or by any sms. I have submited my claim on[protected] which was approved and they collect my samsung edge7 on[protected] after that final claim also approved and they said for cheque amt approx 38000/- was recevied in 15 days but still now of that days i am not received so please needfull for the same on priority
