[Resolved] Apps You Need — Delay in repair and response | |||
Dear sir, it is abt 75 days that my claim was approved and the set was picked up from your side on 8th march. But after that there is absolutely no response. Everytime your committed date has been elapsed we asked for delivery of my my phone you people came with a great idea that you need some more time. Better you close down your company and stop harassing consumer. Please reply why one should not go to consumer forum and take a legal action for the mental harrasement i have been going through these past two months. They have all the rights to reject your claim. I written on claim form that accidental screen damage and share the image. They said screen damage shown in picture doesn't match. How can you judge at your own. They have taken 4000 Rs as insurance and rejected without a genuine reason. Jeevan Kasara

It's been 4 months and this fraud insurance company is not returning my brand new I phone 7. The customer care is only till pick up then they vanish. A strict action should be taken against apps you need and it should be fined and shut down.
