[Resolved]  Apps You Need — Fake display

I received my phone with a fake display after 3months. I have sent the written proof from various Apple care to your email Id as well as an email id provided to me by you (hitesha.[protected]@zoning.com). One of your representatives named Kalpana also contacted me once and said I could call her up directly for further assistance, but guess what? That mobile number has been switched off since then. Such frauds.
I have now submitted my phone for service in authorized Apple care and I will provide you with the bill for refund of each and every Penny spent by me. How dare you cheat your customers like this? Is this why you don't provide people with original service center bills? If I don't get my money back within 15 days, I will file a civil suit in district court and a case under consumer protection act under section 12. I won't let you people breathe without paying me back.

Oh really then how come the authorized service center gave in writing that my phone had a fake display?

Even I am facing issue with claim and they are taking unacceptable time to get my handset repaired on the grounds that the spare part i.e the screen which was broken is unavailable with the authorized service center, which is unacceptable because on approaching the handset manufacturer they claimed and assured that any spare part can be made available pan India within 24-48 working hour.

I suggest you mail your concern to the New India Assurance Co as Apps India is working as third party with New India .
