[Resolved] Apps You Need — Invoice details entered wrong while billing the insurance for mobile | |||
Hi, I took a mobile insurance policy(insurance reference no. IRN853705) on January 5 through a mobile insurer in mobile shop at bhajanpura location(Mr. Irshaad). but when he entered the wrong information related to invoice no. while entering the details of invoice. All the details entered are correct except the invoice no. Entered invoice no. is FOYOK[protected] Correct invoice no. is F0YQK[protected] Mistake is about O should be replaced with 0 and Q. IMEI no. is correct [protected] Model is correct: XT1635-02. I need to correct this details to make my mobile insurance valid. but no one is ready to listen about it. Verified Support May 15, 2017 Apps You Need Customer Care's response Dear Claimant, We found mismatch in the invoice no. Same handset sell by with two different invoices which is not possible.
