It is abt 67 days that my claim was approved and the set was picked up from your side on 18th march. But after that there is absolutely no response. Everytime your committed date has been elapsed we asked for delivery of my my phone you people came with a great idea that you need some more time. Better you close down your company and stop harassing consumer. Please reply why one should not go to consumer forum and take a legal action for the mental harrasement i have been going through these past two months.

Updated by Shiksha singh I received my phone with a fake display. I have sent the written proof from various Apple care to your email Id as well as an email id provided to me by you (hitesha.[protected]@zoning.com). One of your representatives named Kalpana also contacted me once and said I could call her up directly for further assistance, but guess what? That mobile number has been switched off since then. Such frauds.
I have now submitted my phone for service in authorized Apple care and I will provide you with the bill for refund of each and every Penny spent by me. How dare you cheat your customers like this? Is this why you don't provide people with original service center bills? If I don't get my money back within 15 days, I will file a civil suit in district court and a case under consumer protection act under section 12. I won't let you people breathe without paying me back.
