This is regarding cin no. 04597. I am writing down this mail after getting harassed by you people. I got my mobile i phone 6s after one and half month after getting repaired as it was liquid damage, rs 620 also i paid to the executive of apps youneed as it been asked to paid as 5% of repair cost where as total cost of epairing was not told to me. No recipt issued to me for the money which i paid to the delivery boy. I asked the delivery guy to wait as i want to check the repaired mobile of mine whether it is working g properly or not but the guy refused to wait and said he just a delivery boy if any problem come i have to contact the appsyou need people again.
Now after charging i switch on the mobile and found that the it is not working. The speaker, microphone and rear camera are not working as i think all not repaired.
This is totally a cheat to the customer you people are cheating the customers.
I am following up my claim from last almost two months and after 2 months when i got no my mobile in same condition as it was after damage is totally harassment.
Put complaint 2 times but no actoion has been taken from you people.

Since Apps you need is TPA of New India assurance mail your issue to the grievance desk of NIA
