My name is sunil varma from pune . my mbile number is [protected]. my mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com i register my complaint on 28 nov 2016 about mobile insurance. i really very tired now also angry now . Complaint No.: CNJUL04893, Complaint: I received this mail on 22 April from apps you need . . Dear sunil varma, Thank you for using Apps You Need Services. Your claim with CIN D[protected] has been found to be Beyond Economic Repair so it will not be repaired. As per the policy, you will get claim amount by cheque instead of repaired handset. Your damaged handset shall be a property of the insurer. Please pack the following items safely: 1. Mobile phone box 2. Original accessories 3. Original invoice Our pickup person shall pick it up within 24 hours. Note that claims will not be processed without the original invoice. If you don't send your accessories, 10% of the invoice value of your phone will be deducted from your claim amount. If you don't send your phone's box, 10% of the invoice value of your phone will be deducted additionally. Make sure the packing is safe. We won't be responsible for any damage to the documents or accessories during transit due to improper packing. Once the above items are received by us, we'll initiate the process to send you a cheque of amount as per the policy. It will take up to 60 working days to issue the cheque after we receive the above items.
