[Resolved] Apps You Need — No response from the company regarding my submitted phone | |||||
I had my Samsung A7 insured with AppsyouNeed and I guess that was my biggest Mistake. My phone got damaged on 15th august, 2016 and i applied for the claim. One of the representatives picked up my phone on 17th August, 2016. Now its more than a month and I still dont have my phone. Whenever I call them, I get a new answer about the phone. Sometimes they say its in the head office(Noida), sometimes they say it wasn't submitted as the person who took the phone was sick and the phone was with him. However the person himself says that i did submit the phone to the head office on time. I dont know whom to believe. This is the worst service i have ever seen. I regret my decision of choosing Apps you need and would ask everyone not to use their service. I think I would have spent money fixing the phone rather than taking an insurance service provider like this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
