[Resolved] Apps You Need — NO Updates | |||||
I claimed for my samsung galaxy s7 edge display break on 22 of july 2016 and my phone was picked up on 30 of june 2016 I got a message of approval on 17 of july 2016 and they say that you will recieve your phone within 21 to 15 days of approval and I got a message on 16th of august that my phone is now repaired and will be delivered this week and a day after that I get a message saying that my phone has been sent to authorised service center and will be delivered by next week. I am very much unsatisfied with their service and when I call at their socalled customer care I get same reply saying we can not help you here please check our website. So I am willing to file a case against apps you need if anybody else want the same please comment down. Was this information helpful? | |||||
