My phone lenovo a7000 was insured by this company. It's screen broke and i claimed the insurance. My phone was picked on 20 april, 2017. It has been now 9 months since the time my phone has gone for repairing. Whenever i call them they say to wait for 10 to 15 days (It happened 6-7 times). Now they don't attend my call.
