My phone sony xperia z3 plus was damaged due to an accident so i registered for a claim and my phone was picked on 15th march 2017 then i've got update through your website that my phone has damaged completely and thereby declared as total loss. Pickup of accessories and box was arranged on 1st may but still no pickup is arranged even after calling on customer care twice Was this information helpful? | |||||
