[Resolved] Apps You Need — poor service || no response | |||
Hi, I had given my phone under damage protection to apps you need for repair. The claim was submitted on 16th june 2017 and the phone got picked up on 8th july 2017 (After repeated complaints regarding the same) but since then there has been no response or communication on their end. Initially i was told, i will get my phone with 15 days. Slowly the 15 days turned to 30 and now when asked for it they say that it will take more 30 days for the phone to get repaired. When called on their number, the representatives are generally busy or they disconnect the call without answering properly. I have also raised multiple tickets regarding the same but all of them are pending. Upon asking the company to share the authorized service center details, they come up with excuses that they don't have the details or pretend that they cannot hear my voice (This has happened multiple times).
