[Resolved] Apps You Need — Regarding insurance | |||||
I registered a case on 2 september 2016 regarding mobile insurance for my iphone 6s Which got approved on 16 september 2016. On 17 september ecom express delivery boy picked up my phone from my home and phone was delivered after 4 unsuccessful attempt of deliveries coz apps you need provided wrong address. After delivery my status is not updated on their website. I am complaining to them regarding current status but they are not providing any proper info to me they just send a similar recorded messages and close my complains. I made almost 15 or may be more complains to them. Further i tried to call several times to customer care no they provided and get two most annoying replies 1. This is product line sorry no information for you check website 2. This is some other line this case is of query department. I am feeling very annoyed from this types of response. Now its 1 month and 10 days and still my phone is at service centre. Further they are increasing the estimated delivery date from 15 oct to 30 oct and no reason is provided for such change Kindly resolve the problem to its earliest Was this information helpful? | |||||

its a total loss case and i have submitted all the documents with a original bill. now i have left with me only charger and earphone. Its a humble request that please give me my mobile phone with what ever compensation. i have some important files on it.
