I use a samsung s7 edge when purchased i was give an option to purchase an insurance from appsyouneed i paid 3500 for the same last year. I have given my phone to replace damaged screen. The approval process took a while with documents uploaded multiple times. Finally my device was approved for repairs on 15/07/2017. During the claim process their support was prompt with replies to every email and immediate call support. Now its been over a month and i am still waiting for them to reply to my emails and calls. The current status show device was sent for repairs on 26th of july. After that i have not received any updates, number of calls made to support but no answer. I am unable to get in touch with support for the past 15 days, no replies to email and no phone contact. I have no idea when i am going to get my mobile back! They have taken my handset in April and are not returning
