I had a mobile breakage insurance in your company. I october 2016 my mobile broke down.in novermber i submitted all the require documents. From your end your declared its total lost. And you will give my a cheque of rs. 7500/- against the insurance. Its 8 months crossed. I did not get my cheque. I submitted all the documents. As per your policy its took 60 days to release the cheque. But its already 8 months. Please find the the mail details sent from yor side is bellow. Dear sir, my claim is approved in date 5-7-17 and I send my phone to u but I never get my phone back so please give me my phone urgently. Model name:- iPhone 7plus. CIN no:- PDJU06224

My name is Pawan & I took the AYN insurance for my mobile, My CIN number is DAPR19176.AYN declared my mobile as total loss. I sent all my original accessories to APY & On 17th of May I got a message from AYN that all the accessories has been received(No-CN[protected] & the Cheque will be delivered within maximum 60 days,
*No Cheque is received yet
*90 Days(No response) to the calls also
*Spent around 200 INR for calling your customer support but they are always busy on another call, Was never able to talk to them, Seems like you are short with manning & all your team is busy selling the insurance & the customer who has taken the insurance are left aside to struggle for the services
*Registered complaint for the same on your site but there is no response-CNJUL16263
My request to the senior management to look into the matter on urgent basis as this kind of services are ruining your companies image & negative mouth publicity. I haven't seen not even a single person praising your services.
On the top of that you don't have a proper platform to register the complaints
