[Resolved] Apps You Need — Unrepaired handset is deliverd after a month of pickup | |||||
After providing you with all the details regarding my documents on 3rd of December 2016 they were approved on 13th of December. Pick up was scheduled on 15th of December 2016. I had to complaint thrice on your website and even to you customer care agent as a reminder to arrange for a pick up. It was picked up on 29th of December 2016.. I had to complaint even to remind you that my phone which was scheduled to be picked up was not picked up even after a month. You Kept my phone with you for a month, it was scheduled to be delivered by 28th of Jan 2017 after complete repair. I got a call on 16th of Jan 2017 to deactivate Find my I phone setting online from apples website after login i Deactivated even that on the same day that is on 16th of Jan. No details regarding my Apple Id and password were asked by even them on that day. The phone was delivered to me in unrepaired condition on 23rd Jan 2017. I contacted your customer care agent regarding the unrepaired handset delivery they requested me to logde a complaint on your website, i complained twice regarding this issue on 24th and 29th Jan 2017. I did not get any reply regarding my issue. on 2nd Feb 2017 you sent me an email stating that required information was not provided within a given time and thus my case was repudiated. I want to know how is this possible if i haven't missed any call regarding your claim process nor i have missed any mail regarding it since 3rd of December 2016. My CIN number is D[protected]. I will file a FIR against your companies name and take legal actions if i don't get my phone picked up repaired within a week. Its been two months that my insurance is not getting claimed even after getting approved and submitting all the required documents and information on time. If i didn't get my phone repaired as soon as possible then i will sue you people in consumer court and lodge a fraud F.I.R against you. All your customer care agents phone lines are always busy and none of them have any idea regarding any problem which your customer face nor do they provide any proper information regarding contact details.
