Last year my phone was damaged by liquid and same day i registered complaint on aug 2016, still i didn't get any information about claim. Still calling for customer care no., visit for mobile shop. Big trouble. My brother told me that at mobile shop on purchase time, "don't insurance your mobile bcoz insurance company don't give you anything."? Now i am relaised, he was right.
If you can do something, please do something.

I have received a check for claim only for Rs 200 so I am not agree with claim amount but I am not able to back my phone so all complaint only reverted by excutive we have already revert your query
but I want my mobile back and I am ready to return his check
