Appsdaily — Apps daily not returned phone in 4 month

I had mobile insurance from apps daily for 1 year
So i made a claim of my mobile lyf water 7 on 27 january 2017 with claim intonation no :adn_160117_[protected]
It's 4 months over till now i did not receive my mobile. I called at customer care no and requested call back they only call once 2 month back and told that my mobile will be revert to me with in 10 days however i didn't receive. After that i again call for requested call back but they didn't reply me. I am so worried about my mobile
Please solve my problem and help me to revert my mobile.
