Dear sir/madam, Received an email from claims. [protected]@appsdaily.In email id confirming my submission of mobile damage claim and asked me to submit documents to one of the contact center situated at sanjaynagar on 24/6/16. I had to scamper for all the documents and reached this contact center at around 5:30 pm and found the office doors closed and upon inquiring it is found that the office is closed for about nearly 2 months now. I too received an email from your Customer support Appsdaily Solutions Pvt Ltd from the email id, claims.[protected]@appsdaily.in confirming the submission of mobile damage claim and asked me to submit documents by vising the Appsdaily Connect Centre within 7 days with the details given below:
Address: CC1108-Bangalore-Sanjaynagar, SNEHA COMPLEX, Opp. Vijaya Bank, 2nd Floor, Shop No : 2, Sanjay Nagar Ph:[protected] Store Timing: 11:00AM - 6:00PM Lunch Time: 1:30PM - 2:00PM Closed On: Sunday.
I visited this office on June 27, 2016 at 4.00 pm and was informed that it has been closed long ago by the neighbors and that it is shifted to some other premises.
Subsequently, on the same day I replied to the above email informing about this matter. My email bounced back. I tried calling on the mobile number given, but it is not reachable.
Now, where do I go to get the claim settlement and my mobile phone repaired? Why does your company not update the address on the website and give proper address to its customers?
Can you please provide the address of the new premises of your Appsdaily Connect Centre?
