Hi, this is shripal from nashik
Regret to inform you that i have send my handset for claim / repairing in the month of feb17 by paying necessary charges and in the month of march 17, i received message about phone getting repaired and will be soon dispatching at our customer connect point... But its almost 3rd aug 17, till today i haven't yet received my handset back... I tried calling on all the contact no but none of the contact no exist... Also i have mark mail to the founder & ceo mr arun menon but he also didnt bothered to revert...
Its very pathetic and unfaithful service offered by appsdaily...
Its humble request topls arrange to send my handset back at earliest possible

    1) that i had purchased mobile phone [model no. Htc desire 728g dual sim cdma+gsm] [imei no: a1000037e421bf and [protected]] from vaishno electronics for rs. 14, 800/- on 23/01/2016 vide invoice no. 53887. Following were the details of my client phone:

    Age: 5 years 7 months (Calculated at 18 march 2017)
    Factory warranty till: 7 august 2013

    2) that i had insured my mobile phone on the same day from your company at your above captioned address. I had further paid rs. 1480 for insurance services @ 10% of handset value.

    3) that on 23/11/2016 at 11:00 pm, i went to marriage at rajwada palace, cbd ground, karkardooma, new delhi. During the marriage, some unknown person has stolen mobile phone from my hands. That i, immediately registered f. I. R.in the crime branch, delhi through e-police station. Further i informed your concerned branch on 25.11.2016 for claim of insurance. He filed all his requisite documents on the date of filing of his claim which was registered vide intimation id no: atn_251116_[protected] dated 10.12.2016.

    4) that on 10.12.2016 you have offered me to deposit rs. 3700/- i. E 25% of the handset value to get same new handset or voucher valuing rs. 14, 800/- which can be redeemed while purchasing htc mobile set. I was assured that handset would be delivered at the connect centre in 21 working days.

    5) that i did not got handset within 21 working days and sent your customer case repeated reminders which were not duly attended by your company. However on 22/02/2017, i got the consignment from your company and i received mobile phone from your company.

    6) that i got shocked/ angered upon receiving the mobile phone. Your company sent an old mobile phone valuing rs. 4999/-. The mobile phone sent by your company

You had cheated me by sending old mobile phone of different specifications valuing rs. 5000/-. I should be offered mobile phone valuing rs. 14, 800/- of similar specification especially when i had given additional amount of rs. 3700/- on the pretext of new mobile phone. It is needless to mention that you had fraudulently made me deposit additional amount of rs. 3700/- against your insurance policy.

    7) that the company is owner by two directors namely ajay kumar menon and arun kumar menon and they are operating following companies:

    A) fountainhead miners and traders llp
    B) spiritus healthcare llp
    C) krypton securities private limited

    They are fraud individuals who defrauded millions of customers

      Hi. This is to bring to your kind notice that i had received my damaged handset without being repaird after a waiting period of more than 7 months
      None of your office else contact numbers are functioning to which i had lodged a complaint with sec 22 incharge in chandigarh
      A week before i received ur courier with the damaged handset
      With this model the screen is not available in market too
      I don't know what to do

      Kindly either arrange a new handset for me else refund my money as soon as possible as i have no option left rest to take legal action against the document

          I contact apps daily several times by phone and email but i not received any call or email regarding my damage claim. I am wating for my phone.. Only last mail i recived on 27/02/2017, happy to inform you that, aapsdaily need only customer but after that they dont bother about services, what they provide.                 I submitted my galaxy s7 edge for damage claim on 24th december and as of 27th july 2017 the claim has not been settled even though i have made the required payments.
                The imei number for the same is [protected] and intimation id is adn_c_221216_[protected].
                I was told my phone will be returned within 21 working days but that has not happened, also most of the contact points provided by them seems to be non functional.
                AppsDaily customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                CIN D[protected]. I registered my complaint in December. Still haven't get any claim. My claim is also passed. I was assured by the company (appyouneed) that u will received a cheque with cheque no. 280105. I have submitted all the documents as told. And there is also no reply of my emails sent to them.

                  It has been almost three months when claim & mobile was given, but today understand from our customer connect point that mobile has been returned without any repair.

                  We have made almost 50-60 follows with our customer connect point and all promised failed,

                  This is complete failure of your obligations / commitments / and amounting to harassment to customer. While making insurance you charged handsome amount, then while making claim you charged another inr 1000/- result - total disappointment & failure in promise.

                  It is apparently seems to be unfair business practices.

                  Kindly resolve this by 07 aug 2017, otherwise we will consider this as cheating to consumer and will consumer case against you.

                        I have insured my samsung galaxy s7 with appsdaily on 8th august 2016. My mobile got damaged in the accident and claimed for the damage.
                        Apps daily asked me to pay rs. 2934 for the process. I have paid and received the pick up kit. I have packed my mobile in the package and the package was picked up by fedex on 28th june 2017. But there is no further information from the appsdaily insurance company regarding the claim. Their contact numbers are not working but the website is still on to fraud the innocent people.

                        Mobile worth rs.48000/- and the premium for appsdaily insurnce is rs.4999 /-!! Claim charges is rs.2934 /-
                        Total rs.55933/- is with appsdaily.

                              I had purchased a samsung s7 edge mobile phone in july'2016 from a retailer fone city, chennai. The same day i purchased mobile insurance from appsdaily (Also from same retailer) by paying rs.4, 760/-.

                              I registered a claim for phone damage as referred above on 26/05/17. I received email confirmation from appsdaily that the claim has been registed and the same is under process.

                              There were several email exchanges with appsdaily, wherein i was asked to upload documents like self attested copy of govt. Id, handset purchase bill & copy of cancelled chq. I uploaded the documents on 03/06/17 and also made a payment of inr 3354 towards claim processing & inspection.

                              Subsequently a phone packing kit was despatched by appsdaily & i was asked to pack the phone as per their instruction and handover the same to their courier person. I received an email on 12/06/17, confirming that my package has been received at their service centre in mumbai. I haven't been able to contact appsdaily since then as none of their contact numbers are working and there is no response to any of my emails. Their website is also now closed.

                              I now have no information on the status of my damage claim & my phone worth inr 55, 000/- has also been taken and not returned. There is also information now that the appsdaily company has been closed.

                              Request you to kindly help me in getting back my phone or refund. I have attached copy of all the email communications with appsdaily.

                                  My complaint is against the delay in claim amount which is pending for so long (May 17) with appsdaily solution pvt. Ltd. & followed from last 2 months/60 days

                                  I was sold the insurance a the time of my new handset purchase (23/07/16) at rs. 5999 and assured that the protection will be given within 10days both repair/replacement but when i claimed for my damage phone (15.04.2017) they asked for another 3416/- for services and sent my unrepaired mobile back with the letter stating to get it repair from outside and will refund the claim money coz of non availability of the part. So far nothing is refunded and no one is responding on the mails. There given telephones also doesn't work.

                                  Appsdaily is making business by cheating there clients and making full utilization of our money. I have got my mobile repaired and paid for it.

                                  As mentioned in the list from appsdaily all relevant docs were sent on the same email along with cancel cheque so far nothing is transferred in my given bank account.

                                  Now i want my full refund including the amount paid at the time of purchasing the protection rs 5999/-, service charge 3416 & repair cost 12566

                                    I, g. Sunder lal s/o late. Kishan lal age 41 yrs r/o h. No.[protected]/130, indira nagar, jiyaguda, hyderabad humbly submit that[protected] at about 1030 hrs while i am boarding rtc bus route no. 8c at afzalgunj bus stop at the same time some unknown person stolen my mobile phone. Immediately i enquired near and there but in vain. The same matter informed to concerned police station afzalgunj, hyderabad with request to trace out my stolen oppo f1s a1601 mobile phone bearing imei nos. (1) [protected] and (2) [protected] with mobile numbers [protected] and [protected]. On[protected] i have registered mobile theft claim for insurance my mobile and the complaint intimation no. Is atn_080717_[protected] but so far no response from the company.

                                    Sir, please update my complaint status.
                                    This company is totally fake... When i go for claim.. Agent says this company is wipe off from the market still agent was present... I purchase my mobile from ganpati mobile store hazratganj lucknow... This fake company exist because they get support from this type of shop...

                                      I have sent my mobile samsung s7 edge in the month of march 2017 for repair under claiming the insurance. I have also paid rs 3500/- for processing my claim through their payment link but till today i have neither got my mobile back nor money. I am tired of callling tovtheir numbers. There is no customer care for this apps daily where we can submit our grievence. It is learnt that this company is closed now and i dont know how the government is supporting this company.

                                        Registered claim on fri, 10 feb 2017 12:49:45

                                        Submit the following documents along with damage mobile samsung j5:

                                        A self attested photocopy of your government id proof
                                        Photocopy of your invoice
                                        Photocopy of your cancelled cheque

                                        Made payment through payment link via email for deductible processing fee of inr 1000.0 is required to process claim.

                                        On 27, mar 2017 i received following mail

                                        Your unrepaired handset (Cin: adn_100217_[protected] has been dispatched for delivery to your address through dtdc. You may track your handset using the ref. No. X21159110.

                                        Than i contacted to local person of appsdaily in meerut said that the parts are not available in the company. And suggested me to repair the damage handset by myself and submit the bill to appsdaily and they will reimburse the amount against the actual repairing bill.

                                        I submitted all the documents but i have not received any kind of reply or confirmation from appsdaily till now and the person with whom i was in contact and the person representing appsdaily in meerut said that company has been closed permanently and now he cant help me further.
