I purchased LG K 10 LTE Mobile on Date. 07/08/2016 from Electric Point Situated in 89-B, Ambedkar Road, Kalka Gadhi Chowk, Ghaziabad. Phone No.[protected],[protected].
On Date 27/11/2016, Day Sunday, I was going to shastri nagar with my family to a relative time 13:20, My mobile was stolen by unknown persons. I have registered the FIR in Kavi Nagar Police Station with FIR No.7016. in dtd.03/12/2016, I have submitted all hard & soft copy. Of necessary supporting Documents.at Raj Nagar Service Centre of Apps Daily And I have deposited Rs. 3375/. Amount of 25 % of Invoice Value. After submission my case they generate the Claim Intimation ID No.ATN_301116_[protected] . Service Centre Person of apps daily told me that company will provide the new mobile .But after one month I talk with customer care of apps daily they told me that my case is under process please wait for one month. After two month they told me that this mobile is not available in market so please wait for one month. . In next month I try to customer care no. apps daily but customer care no. not pick up the phone. Then I write a mail to apps daily customer support. But they not replay . today Six month also completed . but I did not received claim. I request you please try to resolved my case as soon as possible. 6 month also completed.
