What the hell are you people doing I'm suffering for two months for my phone and you people are not bothering about my valuable handset. Firstly you company said that it will take twenty one working days and then it will be send to my address that's right I agree, then you are giving me excuses that there are no parts available for my handset I have called many times to you but the answer I get is there are no parts available, so I called a Samsung service centre and asked them why there are no parts available for Samsung Galaxy S7 edge the reply I got is Sir i[censored] have ordered it why you are not getting it so he told me to give the details of the service centre where I have repaired my handset I told him I don't know because apps daily had taken my handset for repairing that means it simple that you company are not bothering about my handset so I called again at apps daily customer care I raised a question about my handset the same answer I'm getting fed up of the same fuc_ _ _g answer there are no parts so I asked about the details of the service centre where they have send to repair my handset but unfortunately they answered sir we are not allowed to give the details of the service centre. Why is that so I'm not getting the details and nobody knows you may repair my cell phone at some horrible third class service centre.
