[Resolved] Appsdaily — Fedex did not pick up my damaged phone | |||||
I had scheduled my phone to be picked up on[protected] The courier boy turned up very late and i had gone out on emergency work. When my wife gave him the packed box he did not take it telling that it is not packed properly and asked her to send mail to apps daily for rescheduling pick up date. But when i tried to reschedule the date the website tells that my phone is already picked and it is not giving an option to reschedule. I tried calling customer care but there is option for me to talk to executive Was this information helpful? | |||||
