Appsdaily — Getting a second hand phone instead of new

My cell got damaged and i have submitted in app daily office. First the office is close permanently. And they shift my claim in meera road office after visiting there they gave me one month time they offer me 17600 amount of my insurance. After one month when i visited again that office also close. Now they have new office where they call me. Now they offering me a second hand cell phone which is repaired and dented from every corner i have paid 30000 for cell phone 3000 for insurance 1500 while submit my cell in cpp now they want more 7200 for that # second hand cellphone. Cpp is a fraud now one is answering a call. Now i will take them in court for this false commitment and useless service. I want call from cpp manager my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com
