I am Sanjeev Kumar...I have submitted my phone on 22nd april 2016 at your centre located in district centre janakpuri...I was supposed to receive my phone within last week (as your Ccare executive promised me), but neither I received it nor I got any satisfactory explanation...I don't know what hell is happening over there...its been more than 42 days...kindly look into this matter...I want my phone asap...
