I am a customer of apps daily. I bought their insurance for lenovo zuk z1. When buying their insurance i was provided with so many points as to why is should by their product. But their after sale service is worst. The time they take to process claim and their management is what will be the reason for the failure of the company. I broke my phone screen by a small accident. I registered for claim and when i went to submit my handset to their office my claim was declined, the reason given was that the name on the bill is different. Just to make clear same information was provided while buying the insurance. It was approved by the company. After many call and follow ups still there is no revert from the company end. My phone screen is still cracked and i regret wasting my money on the insurance. After sale service sucks! Please help me with a solution and what can be done to get my insurance approved or a proper reason for decline. Cin - adn_181116_[protected]. It has been more than two months.
