This mail is in regard with the Claim Intimation Number - ADN_C_230217_[protected] dated 18/03/2017 for the claim of a damaged Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge cell phone bought under the name of M Senthil Kumar with address - No.5 Bharath Flats, Eswaran Kovil Street, Gowripet, Avadi, Chennai - 6000054. I have specifically bought the mobile insurance at a higher premium of Rs. 4999/- just to avail the convenience of a 10 day replacement guarantee provided by your company. However in-spite of providing all documents, the damaged phone and Rs. 3414/- as registration charges for claiming the insurance and receiving the intimation of the claim being accepted on 18/03/2017, today we stand on 02/04/2017, that is more than 15 days without any communication regarding the claim. I believe this is indeed an unfair practice by your company especially when I have been repeatedly trying to contact your customer care number with zero success for the past 1 week. The prime reason for insuring the phone at a higher premium is because I use my cell phone for any and all of my professional communications and I would not be able to afford such a delay in the unlikely case of an accident or damage. It is ironical that the same reason why I chose your insurance and paid a higher premium for a fast solution is serving the exact opposite purpose. Please make sure that my issue is resolved at the earliest as the delay has already taken a grave toll on my professional correspondence Was this information helpful? | |||||
