Appsdaily — Insurance claim problem

Dear sir/madam

I purchased 2 years damage protection plan for my iphone from apps daily in october.in january i dropped my phone and the lens of the camera got damaged. I lodged the claim of appsdaily website and i got sms notification with claim number. After waiting for 20 days i called the customer care number with claim number but the automated call centre had no record of my claim. After waiting for one more month i lodged the claim again on apps daily website, again i got a sms with claim number. Again i waited for a week and called the call centre but again they had no record of my claim.

Apps daily call centre is automated and there is no one we can speak to. I called the appsdaily person who sold me the insurance several times but he is not willing to help. Such companies should be blacklisted and the directors should be put behind bars. Apps daily is a fraud company.

Please take necessary action asap.
