Appsdaily — Misleading to the customer and Irresponsible | |||
I have raised my insurance claim as I lost(which was theft) my phone on 3rd June 2015. I happen to register my claim in the last week of June. The procedure that i was informed was it takes 21 days to process the claim with the insurance. Once they received it, some documents were missing, so i re-sent the documents with them in the first week of July. I have been following up since so many days, but till today I always got a misleading replies (like the status is processed. it will take 21 more days even in the month of October to be processed, the claim is with insurance company it will take more 2 weeks.) The helpline people just answers that the status is processed and that is all i have been hearing from July. After 2 weeks also the status is the same. They do not have any method of escalation matrix or any seniors that the customers can talk to.. I always got irresponsible replies from the company and they have been very rude to the customers as well. My claim id is : AD_AT_040615_2581043 Resolution : I want the insurance claim money for my lost phone asap. Unfortunately i don't have any email evidence as every conversation has happened on the phone.
