Hi,
I bought a HTC Desire 820 and its IMIE No.[protected], in Universal mobile shop at Parrys branch, Chennai, Tamilnadu on 20/11/2015. At the time of purchase the shop person offered an additional package's of power bank and insurance for damage and theft. I paid additional amount Rs.1400/- for power bank and Rs.999/- for Appsdaily insurance package. Today my mobile stolen at 3:00pm at Madras High court campus, I immediately gave a complaint to Inspector of Police, B-4, Esplanade police station and they gave a CSR copy for my complaint (CSR NO.38/CSR/BS PS (crime)/2016 ) and also I tried to inform to you about my mobile theft by calling your customer care number but it is not working.
