Appsdaily — My phone hasn't been returned - i have been cheated! | |||||
I have bought an appsdaily insurance for my mobile phone samsung galaxy s6 (Model no. Sm-920 32gb) with imei number [protected] (Invoice of purchase attached) on 04/01/2016 with your order id : 51234485 with a mobile protection platinum plan. I submitted my phone for repair on 30-dec-2016 with intimation id adn_c_15126_[protected] against insurance claim which was approved the same day by appsdaily (Details attached of job sheet). As per commitment by apps daily during purchase of insurance from them, they were supposed to give me a repaired handset in 11 days, however while submitting the claim i was told they will take 21 days. Anyways, its been 3 months now and i have no update on my phone. The contracts says that if within 21 days if they cant repair the phone for any reason, they will return the phone to me and i can get it repaired from samsung authorised service station and they will pay me in 30 days. Nothing has happened, i need my phone asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
