My appsdaily insurance claim was approved 2 months back but i haven't received the handset yet. The customer care executive never picks up the phone. Both the stores kolkata mr. Debasish (Moble no. [protected]) and mr. Sagar at howrah (Mobile no. [protected]) never picks up the phone. Just wondering what they have been doing with my samsung e7. Even though the claim is passed, they are taking more than 2 months just to repair the screen? This is disgusting. I suggest never take appsdaily insurance, there is no customer care at all. They are fooling the customers as well as national insurance corp. Below is the mail chain in which they are still unaware which executive is answerable for the mess they have created.
