[Resolved]  Appsdaily — No refund on claim approved intimation id: ad_d_071115_2838491

I have been harassed by the apps daily front line executive Mr.Anil from Hubli.

Background : I had insured my mobile handset at the time of purchase through apps daily. When I had applied for claim . I received the claim approval after repeatedly follow ups like a begger since I have been following for the claim of my handset since November 2015 which had got damaged .
Since they asked me to submitt all the documents to Mumbai office to process the claim further I did so immediately in the month of January 2016 after I received their mail of supporting documents required.

As per their communication the claim was to be credited within 20 days. I waited for the same and at January end they send me a sms saying documents are incomplete please send the required documents again.

With no fault of mine I had to send the documents after Co ordination with Mr.Anil. He says smartly yes 1 more form needs to be attached which they never informed me earlier.

In this case I lost my time and the refund is still pending even after submitting them again the pending documents on 3rd February to their Mumbai office.

They should credit my claim immediately now as I have waited to close this issue since November 2015.
It should not take this long any which ways.

Also Mr.Anil has a very bad response to my calls . Whenever he feels he attends the calls else no. He simply tells I am busy.

I don't understand how can a person become so busy that even he can't reply with sms for continuous 3-4 days every week I followed with him.

I found him very irresponsible and lethargic person working for apps daily. Don't know about others.

They should remove him from work and he should understand the pain a customer has waited so long to resolve this genuine case.

My claim should be credied immediately.
