My samsung mobile phone display broke, since i was covered under warranty i have raised the claim.
The got the pick up arranged from my house. However, its been 10 days since the pick up no communication has been received from the company.
Their customer care numbers mentioned on the website are switched off and also the email address mentioned is not functional.
If they are unable to repair my phone i need the handset back.
