My phone LG K10 was picked up for repairs as claimed for damage insurance on 25 February 2017 and no update ever since where my phone is, I have lost all hopes to see my phone back.I called one of their Executive and asked to atleast send the phone back.My phone was couriered by FedEx on 7th April, still waiting for the delivery. Today just checked status, says delivered. I've still not received it. Pathetic service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
