In Mar'16 i purchased one Samsung S7 Edge Mobile from Samsung Smart Cafe (Arrow) in Skywalk mall chennai for Rs. 57000/- In Samsung show room they forced to buy insurance for Rs. 5000 from Apps Daily for Physical damage or theft claim purpose. In Oct'16 my mobile has fallen down and front glass damaged. Only glass damage with working condition. I raised complaint for claim in apps daily for claiming replacement of display. i gave my mobile to their collection centre in taramani Chennai on nov 3rd with working condition for claiming free replacement. They collected Rs. 2800 for deductible amount for replacing the same. They said they will send to mumbai for replacing and will get the mobile within 20 days. But Still i haven't receive my handset. it more than 5 months, whenever i send mail or call to customer care, they repeatedly telling the mobile will be dispatched with in a week. Kindly support for getting back my mobile or compensation for this. suggest to do further. awaiting your favorable reply in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||||
