I have filed for insurance claim for my mobile handset One plus one on 2nd may 2016 .

I have not received any intimation yet either on call or mail.

such attitude brings bad word of mouth publicity for the company ... dissatisfaction can be estimated from the fact that 98 % are dissatisfied from your customer care services .

Pls look into the matter and do the needful.
