Appsdaily — Phone kept illegally, an attempt to cheat and commit fraud. | |||||
My claim intimation number is ADN_C_270517_[protected] . My phone is a samsung S7 edge, I have paid an upfront payment of 3000+ RS for a claim on my damaged screen. They received my phone on 14th of june 2017 and sent a confirmation email regarding the same. However, after this their customer care number is switched off from past 10 days. I have received no further communication. I am afraid they have kept my phone illegally with no intent to return the phone. Please look into the matter. Also please advice if i should take legal action against the company and under which sections of the IPC. This is the last email i received from them on 14th june 2017 Dear Customer, "We are happy to inform you that your phone and documents under Claim Intimation Number ADN_C_270517_[protected] have been received at our Service Centre for further processing.
