Appsdaily — Phone returned unrepaired and damaged | |||||
I am an ecommerce employ, i own a samsung galaxy a5 (2016) which was sent to apps daily 2 months ago as its display had a crack. I have just received one notification text message form this company as the phone was received and is under process. After two months i received my phone without any intimation. When i opened the package i found my phone but the display was ripped off the body and there was just a broken body in the package left with a note that "the part was damaged during service and we will refund rs.6031." I do not see any instructions on the refund, no way to contact this company, no live representatives, the online status only shows phone dispatched and date. Are you guys serious?? Why do they ever have to rip the display off a working phone when there are no parts available? Why it took 2 months for this company to realize they do not have parts available? When can i expect my refund? Its already been 2 weeks now! Who can answer me? Please fix this asap!
